All i can say is dont listen to them twats my wife is a big girl and she is probably fitter than half the people that insult you she works 3 part time jobs and she is a fully qualified life guard and swims all the time she does more excercise than i do and is constantly on the go.

It's the media and fashion industry deciding what people should look like. It's the public who are the mindless sheep that blindly accept those "standards". One media group says underweight is beautiful and another says obesity is ok. Don't just blow off anyone who is disrespectful to you, wake them up. Tell them they've been programmed to automatically hate on obese folks. Everyone needs to take control of their lives and move towards a healthy lifestyle.

just because you're a slob or your unhealthy that doesn't make you fat there are plenty of skinny slobs out there and you can be "fat" and happy and you can be healthy and be "fat".
